Eric Francis is the founder of Trifecta Ecosystems and an operator turned integrator. He has spent his career inside real businesses leading operations, building teams, designing systems, and scaling service-based companies through growth, complexity, and transition.

Eric works at the intersection of operations, leadership, and technology, helping owners translate strategy into execution. His focus is not theory, but implementation.
